Welcome to the colorful world of light painting, an immensely fun activity in which the light sources are used as the brushes as you play with them to create intricate patterns without any dimensional constraints worrying you.
Give wings to your Imagination and Explore the countless possibilities of having fun with light painting...
You will also get to learn:
- Various terminologies in photography
- Shooting in the different modes and their challenges
- The art of viewing through the viewfinder
- Digital photography skills
- Playing with lights
- Important tips to shoot with an SLR
- From idea to execution
- Creating a good photograph
It will be a 4 hour workshop. Participants can also bring their own SLR Cameras and explore.
The cost of workshop is Rs. 350/- per student.

About Mr. Kshitiz Anand
Kshitiz Anand is the founder of Happy Horizon Studios (http://www.happyhorizonstudios.com) and Deskala (http://www.deskala.com).

Kshitiz received his Masters in Science in Interaction Design from Indiana University, Bloomington, USA and his Bachelors in Design with a specialization in Communication Design from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. Armed with the experience of working in organizations in India and in the US, he continues to explore new ground in communication design. He believes in the power of the lens, which is evident in the numerous images that have been published on cover pages of books, by leading publishing house Penguin India. Though still images are his forte, he utilizes moving images to create documentaries too. As a visiting lecturer to different colleges, he teaches photography and design, and conducts numerous workshops. He also writes for 'Indian Auteur', an online film journal.
